Ausbildungsjahr erweitern ihre Brotsprache und Kenntnisse zum Foodpairing beim Brotsommelier J\u00f6rg Terjung auf der Burg Vischering in L\u00fcdinghausen. Vom Emmerbrot \u00fcber eine Wolke aus Dinkel bis hin zum Rote-Bete-Brot \u2013 insgesamt wurden sieben au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Brote mit allen Sinnen verkostet. Bei Sonnenschein, einladend gedeckten Tischreihen und guter Laune fanden fast 40 Auszubildende unter den Platanen Platz, um zu probieren und passende Brotbegleiter kennenzulernen. Mit viel Herzblut, Wissen und Begeisterung stellte Brotsommelier Terjung seine Brote mit einer dazugeh\u00f6rigen Brotgeschichte vor.
